The on-line registration will close on the evening of Sunday, June 16, 2024 but on-site registration will be available at the meeting, beginning on the afternoon of Monday, June 17, 2024.

Early Registration
The deadline for receipt of early registration at the reduced rates is Sunday, March 31, 2024
Registrations received after March 31, 2024, will be accepted at the higher rates. There will be no exception to the early registration deadline. The reduced registration fee is only applicable if it has been credited to the congress account before the deadline. Registering before March 31, 2024, without performing an actual payment, is insufficient to benefit from the reduction.

Registration fee includes Admission to all Scientific Sessions, Admission to Poster Area and Exhibition, Conference Materials (Congress bag, Final Program & Book of Abstracts), Certificate of Attendance, Coffee Break.
*Postdoctoral fellows and students working toward a degree in forensic genetics, molecular biology and anthropology or allied field qualify for the student registration rate.
To certify your student status, please provide a copy of Student's ID or the confirmation signed by your advisor/the head of department by E-mail.
** Accompanying person is family member or friend of the conference participant, who will not participate in scientific sessions, but are welcome at social event of Get together party. For One day fee on the day of Get together party, the higher fee will be applicable.

GROUP RATES
Ten or more participants from the same institution are entitled to the reduced Group registration fee (for every 4 paid fees, one fee is free of charge).
CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Registration cancellations must be sent to:
Cancellations before April 14, 2024 – full refund deducting a handling fee of EUR 30.
Cancellations between April 14 and May 17, 2024 – a refund of 30%, deducting a handling fee of EUR 30.
Cancellations after May 17, 2024 – no refund
