Please read the instructions carefully.
- Abstract should be written in English
- The abstract should not exceed 2000 characters
- Indicate the topic and type of your presentation
- Abstract should include the title, names of all contributors (without titles), department, institution, city and country.
- Names of author and co-authors have to be submitted in the following way: First and Last name (example: John Smith)
- Contact author (presenter) should submit his/her phone and Email address
It is preferable that submitted abstract has: the goal, material and methods, results, conclusion
All posters will be presented at the congress as wall paper posters.
The poster should not exceed 90 cm width x 120 cm height / portrait - style.
Speakers must adhere strictly to the scheduled times according the program.
Electronic material from authors is uploaded on site. The upload is handled at the Slide Area, located near the registration area.
Technical assistance will be provided and edit/update of the material can be done on-site. Please check your presentation carefully before the final sign-off.
If you are giving more than one speech during the Symposium, you may upload all your presentations at the same time and they will be sent to the corresponding session hall at the time of your session.

- Changes, withdrawals and editing can be made until May 2, 2019, 24.00 hrs CET by sending the new summary on mail firstname.lastname@example.org.

Review of Abstracts
The Program Committee will review all abstracts in full confidentiality with the aid of ad hoc reviewers. The Committee reserves the right to decline presentation of any abstract devoid of scientific content or merit or merely announcing the availability of a resource or service. Authors will be notified by the end of May whether their abstract has been accepted and, where relevant, whether it has been selected for spoken presentation.
The Young Investigator Award (YIA)
Knowing the importance of including young researchers as active participants of the conference, ISABS encourages PhD and graduate students working toward a degree in the fields related to the conference program themes as well as postdoctoral researchers to join the conference and apply for Young Investigator Award (YIA). Therefore, for each ISABS conference YIA are presented for outstanding research presented by investigators who are less then thirty-five -years-old. Scientific Advisory Committee of the conference selects finalists from nominees who submit abstracts. Besides the attractive prize, each award recipient is given the opportunity for a podium presentation. Author(s) of each selected abstract receive the Young Investigator Award Certificate as well.
Authors wishing to be considered for the YIA should complete the appropriate box during on-line abstract submission. Results of YIA applications will be notified by the mid of May.
