Croatian Medical Journal (CMJ) is the official journal of the International Society for
Applied Biological Sciences. Selected manuscripts will be published in a thematic
issue related to the ISABS Conference 2026. This publication is listed in all major
scientific indexes. The impact factor (IF) of CMJ for 2024 is 2.3. Journal IF trend
shows an increase in years related to the ISABS conference thematic issues, with
2.6 being the highest IF for the past ten years.
We invite you to submit your manuscript for the next thematic issue that will be
published in 2026. Manuscript submission deadline is March 15th, 2026. Guidelines
for paper submission are available at www.cmj.hr.
CMJ is an international peer-reviewed Diamond Open Access journal so, each
manuscript submitted for the 14th ISABS Conference thematic issue will be peer-
reviewed as well. Before submitting your manuscript electronically using CMJ's
submission software, please contact the editor-in-chief and mention the ISABS
Conference.
There are NO author processing fees.
Each manuscript is checked for text similarity and manually verified by the editor.
CMJ uses CrossRef Similarity Check with Ithenticate algorithm and deals with
manuscripts suspected of plagiarism following the COPE flowcharts and ICMJE
guidelines.
